Light Living is all about freshening up your life through natural, whole vegetarian foods and healthy living spaces.  After all, food and shelter are pretty important, and when we are happy and balanced with them the world is a lighter, brighter place on a daily basis.

The way I see it, I plan to eat for the rest of my life.  I’m pretty sure you do too.  So it pains me to see people avoiding the kitchen, treat preparing food as a chore and a bore, or slap stuff from a box to a microwave to a plate that’s wolfed down (all in under 5 minutes).

Do you enjoy, love and savour your food?

Do your foods love you back?

Do you adore the “heart of your home” (yes, that’s the kitchen), and enjoy spending time in it without it taking over your schedule or life?

Do you feel confident and comfortable preparing delicious foods that win over all who eat them, including yourself?
